PVT did 100 miles on them for charity last year so did a fair while on them. He's been cycling so long his backside's probably like a rhino's hide though .
A little test for you... Have you asked yourself WHY? it hurts so much on the rollers. I mean, you're on a bike which you regularly ride on the road (so your position is the same) for much longer and usually at much harder levels of intensity than you're doing on the rollers. So why should it hurt that much more on the rollers?
I did 2hrs the other week,i had to learn quickly to ride out the saddle and have a drink.also found out to my delight that you dont fly off the front when your wheels come off the side.Best thing to try is no hands can be quiet hair raising.
