I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here
I fancy doing some again, I seem to be going well at the mo so a few more hard mid week rides won't go a miss....that means I'll be doubling the amount of training I do per week , though as Keiths pointed out prob not the best week to start.
