Hey guys here's a chance to get some qualified sprint training at Hillingdon and perhaps...take the shine off Mr Anthony "I-only-train-once-a-week" Leeson's sparkling CR sum ups. :wink:

I'm well out of shape sprinting wise, not had any practice for weeks. Quite fancy the lok of this, need to be quick though and try get 3 or 4 of us there...Steve B...Andy E...Marek...Sylv...anyone???

Sounds like an excellent session. Unfortunately i'm at the in-laws that day.. Will keep you posted if i can wriggle out of it though.

People still doing this? I had been going down to Brighton to visit my brothers with my parents but my mum has decided the weather would be too bad for her neighbour to drive us down there.

Now I can't sprint for toffees - do you think this would teach me how to sprint??
