Want to but....

I don't have a slave at home to do things like the washing up, the cat doesn't like getting her paws wet, and I really need to have a tidy up - again...

It sure is the right thing to eat, if you like chicken!

Take one chicken rub all over with virgin olive oil. Stick a big bouquet garni up its jacksie (I make one from the garden with rosemary, thyme and bay), and a half a lemon, squeeze the other half over the bird. Chuck the dude in the oven, covered w foil. Baste after 20 mins and again after 40, take foil off and cook for remaining time. At around half an hour lob the parboiled spuds in the tray w the boid.

Sorry I can't continue - I'm hank marvin...

You need to fuel up by leaning towards carbs before training and recover after training with both carbs (to replenish your glycogen stores) plus lean protein to build and repair muscle tissue. Before the club run have Porridge (a good slow release form of energy), brown toast with honey, boiled egg (protein shake is light). When exerting yourself for prolonged periods on a ride you will need an energy drink. Post ride, reward yourself with cake (pref without cream) and lean proteins, Snoop's dish above. Include high 'orac' level antioxidants in your diet (such as blueberries, dried prunes, grapes, pomegranate, red apples). Antioxidants are intimately involved in the prevention of cellular damage caused by free radicals which are essentially a negative by-product of high level cardiovascular activity. Combine good diet with the training you’ve been doing and, allied to that high-end bike of yours, you’ll be flying. Enjoy tonight’s roast.

crikey - even hungrier now. I looooooove blueberries. I keep meaning to plant a couple of bushes out back, those delicious froots are yummy!

Get planting snoop and watch out for those pesky slugs! You see what happens to the chain gang thread when there's no chain gang!
