Keith knight came up with a good idea last week when we did a turbo session together that maybe a few of you might want to join in with a turbo session in the club house main room this wednesday evening ( before too many people turn up) say from 8.15 for an hour.
I usually do either hill training or a turbo session on wednesdays anyway dependant on the weather.
so how about it anyone? im probably going to do both a hill training ride and then head on down to the club room for a turbo session.
I was going to set a fairly simple session with some music. that way everyone is encouraged to keep working hard if they are doing the same session. of course you dont have to and might just want to pitch up with your turbo and spin away with others around you doing your own session and use others around you for encouragement/hurl abuse at them etc.
