20 secs balls out 10 secs rest repeat till dead
A bike is setup on the turbo in garage now so no excuses (fixi)
Was thinking some short sharp sessions would help prepare for palace. I hope to get there in June once my early season triathlons are out of the way
was thinking could blast out 10 min sesh after a commute a couple of times a week
