really inspiring. does anyone remember andy gravett who was 40 stone and lost 25 stone in 2 years? weight watcher of the year for 2 years running, all from cycling and triathlon, becoming a monster on the bike, and a cycle courier averaging 600 miles a week, he would earn more than motorbike couriers in london. does anyone know what he's up to these days?

How exactly does a courier ride 600 miles in a week?

[quote="marco"]Ride up from Brighton
Do one job WC1 to WC1
Ride home again. Easy.

Other than that I can't really see how, a large part of your day is spent waiting for jobs, sitting at traffic lights or just locking and unlocking your bike

not the ones I see!
