The REDADOS Turbo Torture Class Tuesday 6th March 2012

Hello,

Thank you for agreeing to participate in our unique Turbo Training class, we very much look forward to seeing you there on the night. Enclosed are a few details that will help us all get through the evening smoothly.

if you have said you would like to come to confirm again you're definitely in

VENUE:
South London Harriers Club House, 194a Brighton Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NF.(this is on the A23)

PARKING:

There is a car park in nearby Lion Green Road , which we have been reliably informed will be free parking after 6.30pm.

THE SESSION:

The Session starts at 8pm and will last for around 1 hour. The doors will be open from 7:00pm on the night.

Please can you turn up in your club colours as we want to try and have all riders from the same club together. You will be shown which area to set up in with your club.

We will have some fans however it will still get hot so bring a couple of water bottles, a towel, and suitable clothing for the heat. There are showers if you wish to use them.

If you are borrowing a turbo trainer please try it before hand. You may need a block for under your front wheel and you may need a different spindle for your back wheel.

The band taking the session are called Redados. www.redados.co.uk

We hope that you enjoy the evening. The session is totally free . The band and anyone who would like an after workout refreshment upstairs in the bar at the SLH clubhouse afterwards.

Unfortunately I called in too late to see Matt or Peachey fall off their rollers , but in plenty of time to see 33 riders on turbos & 3 on (and off) rollers complete their session, then join them for a beer in SLH's great clubhouse.
