We are pleased to announce the second Rock Turbo session at SLH clubhouse on Tuesday 6th March. However, be warned, Redados have been putting in some serious endurance training mixed with a bit of speed work on some cracking new tunes! They reckon that we won’t last 20 minutes, let alone the full hour, lets show them that triathletes are made of tough stuff!

We have also opened up the invite to Redhill CC and Norwood Paragons so if you want to attend get your email off to Nick at dynamicmotion1@hotmail.com to book a slot asap.

In Association with South London Harriers REDADOS would like to invite your club
members to participate in a mass Turbo training event:

VENUE:
South London Harriers Club House, 194a Brighton Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NF.

THE SESSION:
The Session starts at 8pm and will last for around 1 hour. The doors will be open from
7:15pm on the night.

The band taking the session are called Redados. www.REDADOS.co.uk There are
changing and shower facilities onsite and ample parking nearby.

The Band and Club also invite you to join us at the SLH bar afterwards for post workout
refreshment.

The event, and possible goody bags, are TOTALLY FREE to all participants. Obviously
there are costs and time involved in putting on any event. These costs have been borne by
our sponsors whom are listed below. Please check them out.

Will you survive and be inducted into the Redados Pain Chamber Hall of Fame?

Places are limited so please reply quickly, we're allocating about 10 per club at the moment dependent on take up, so please only confirm if you are definitely going to
