Roller Advice

Postby AshleyN » Mon Jul 02, 2012 12:36 pm

I’m looking to get some rollers, maybe the Elite ones recommended here http://www.addiscombe.org/members/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=10637&p=97881&hilit=parabolic#p97881
does anyone know if they (or other rollers) can be adjusted for uneven floors or generally if there is any issue with using rollers where the floor/garage isn’t completely level?

They usually have four feet and it's better to have a level floor, but I suppose you could always use some kind of spacers, books or something to make it work.

Further to the original post, I'd really reccomend going for rollers with resistance - they're a far more versatile training tool.
