Yes, it was my moving speed. I'm glad it was an all right time, I didn't want to find out my training has lead me to nowhere!
I will take both of your advice and try to come up with a route that's not so busy! (although I don't know many lanes yet) It didn't occur to me when I went on the previous one.
I'm also glad to see that the 45 mins was set, basically, on a route going down hill!!

Thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated! I wouldn't be able to improve without it!
