It is indoor performance cycling on Watt Bikes at two locations.
I have attended 2 evenings at Epsom College and found the information on a big screen very interesting and useful , also being part of a group is more rewarding than being on your own.
Mark and Dan own and run the evenings and make everyone welcome, they also set up the bikes to make sure you get the best results.
The cost is £15.00 per session for 45mins, and at the moment they are doing a BOGOF promotion, so get 2 sessions for the price of one.
They can also cater for clubs like ours and run one off evenings at your own venue.
