Road Race Training Sessions at Eastway : 22/5/06
Weekly Monday sessions held between 7-8pm at Eastway Cycle Circuit, London E15

These sessions are ideal for novice level road riders who want to get involved in racing and want to learn the techniques and skills needed for bunch racing before being thrown in at the deep end in their first race.

Ideally you should already have a road bike and reasonable level of fitness.

These sessions should help prepare you for our novice level road race series on Sundays.

Individual instruction is also available by appointment.

- £4.00
- Improve fitness
- Improve race technique
- Or just spin your legs after a Sunday race

Sessions run by James Cocker - Ask for him at the circuit or phone or email for more details
Tel - 020 8534 6085 Email - jcocker@leevalleypark.org.uk

Eastway is a purpose built 1m (1.6k) road circuit free of motor traffic - Eastway

I just wanna endorse this one. As well as being an excellent Road Racer, 1st cat, James Cocker is a genuinely nice bloke and is full of great advice. If you're within an hours ride of Eastway and you finish work early enough it will be an excellent session I'm sure. Remember Eastway closes in September so its also a chance to say - I rode there once :)
