If you cant make it for 8 join us on Sydenham Hill/ Fountain Drive will be coming around every 10 minutes or so.
(Crystal Palace Parade where all the cyclists are sitting outside)
Plan is to do 1 - 1.30 training riding loops. Steady pace.
