Pilates

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

G'day Adam and all,

Is the Pilates on for tonight 1st July, or is the start delayed to next week?

Sorry for late post, the buggers made me work

Hi guys,

It's true. No class tonight.
We're a bit low on numbers and from that group I know Conor and Tamar can't make it tonight, hence decision.
Good to go from next week though.

New block dates: 8th July - 12th August

Best,

Adam

Dear ACC massive,

For those of you that weren't in attendance last week, the present block of classes has been put on hold as I am away teaching on the rather subtle ocean vessel below:

A cover teacher was in place, but Summer night cycling took the vote from those at the session.

Class resumes on Wednesday, September 9th.

Look forward to seeing you then.

Best,

Adam

Class restarts on 23rd Sept, Adam sent an email to all past & present classmates (me hearties) from the ships hold...dungeon??

I'm sure there are slots available to welcome folk back now the racing is all but done and if you've not been along before - you don't know what yer missin!! It's a great class, suitable for all and it's good fun :)
