Turbo training

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Up to you Mark. You can ride them sitting up, just don't do any proper workouts just use it to spin your legs round and keep them loose. Not for any real training but will help keep fitness a bit more and your legs will feel better for some gentle spinning when you can get back out on the bike - won't come as so much of a shock.
