So what ya gonna do this winter?

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Who that then, Toks?
C.B. from London Dynamo

Haha, yes I saw her through the rain yesterday in Richmond Park. She was the only sensible cyclist I saw there! There were far too many weekend warriors thinking they were riding the Tour overtaking cars etc, giving the rest of us a bad name... all while I was cruising around at 128bpm...

[quote="Michelle"]Ahh......figures. Bet she is doing her rides at a really low HR, Toks :D ?
Lets hope so huh? Then again she might be seriously putting the work in. A bit like a very strong surrey league racer I know. Anyone for 270watt av for five hours. Yikes  When he told me that I got straight back on the turbo.

I just joined. They didn't even send a confirmation email.

Come off it Paul, anyone who can do 270w for 5 hours should be a Pro not a bloody Surrey Leaguer!!

It depends how heavy you are.

I reckon its Andrew Bye and 270w is probably about 70% of his 1 Hour Power so not too hard. LBP-10?

Well if it is Andy Bye I hope he doesn't mind the Surrey League tag, I think he's a bit above that!
