have fun, maybe join the MTB ride on saturdays instead of the usual club run, otherwise not much different apart from no turbo.

Or should I say, join the training group on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with some interval training Monday?

or two 4 hour rides on Sat and Sunday with a bit of interval training mid week?

Crawl out of bed every saturday morning. Think about what group I sensibly should be going on the club run with then ignore my own thoughts and go with the training group, suffer like hell, get back home and do sod all cycling till the following saturday. Works for me.
