I'm not bored or fatigued so there will be no real change in my training - 5/6 hours per week after quite a lazy september. Whats everyone else gonna do?
Crawl out of bed every saturday morning. Think about what group I sensibly should be going on the club run with then ignore my own thoughts and go with the training group, suffer like hell, get back home and do sod all cycling till the following saturday. Works for me.
oh and finally get round to picking up Stu's turbo trainer he's selling me
