Nice little evening turbo session

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Stu - youve got to nip this in the bud straight away. Show her/him who is the boss, you dont want to end up like Marek.

  even in this era of political correctness 'Missus' surly still means a woman, not that it matters of course :D

A gay couple I know refer to each other as 'the missus' - they are women, so it's a) hilarious and b) technically correct I guess. :D

Anyway - outside of women's downhill mountain bike racing, you don't tend to see many openly gay people in cycling do you?

So if the club champion does have a gay lover - well done for broadening the demographic. :D :D :D

"her/him" could also be technically correct if the missus is a ladyboy

Phew! thank god you cleared that up :D ...then again if your partner is Italian the name alone won't be enough proof. No I'm joking really :D

Back home @ 1am get about 2hrs sleep then on turbo @ 4:30am.

Choice 2hrs @ HR 145 or 1hr under HR 114 as measured by my Polar ownzone (HR = 4ms).

I went for 1 hour under HR114 and just stressed my neurological system today at a cadence of 125rpm. No stress on cardio or respiratory system today.

Reason for doing these silly cadences is becuase I want to see how this affects my power & LBP during this block of training. It's all about trying ideas..

Got out of bed at 8:30am (did my LBP-20 session while asleep) and cycled to work (8.5 miles).

Cycled home and then did 30min Turbo average 286w 163bpm (using a Powertap - 369w on a Elite turbot) took it reasonably easy as I did a running session 1 hour afterwards - 10 x 1.5mins.
