Im 41 and my highest heart rate is 201
My resting heart rate is 53. Should I be dead.
I noticed when going up Box Hill side by side with Sylv on sat that his HR was 142 where as mine was 170, its not as though we were flying up, the opposite in fact. I blame my fat belly for being to heavy to go up any quicker
Going to have to book myself in for a test Rob and see the figures. Not sure if this will help me choose which way to go with a training plan as it seems the verdicts still out on whats best but will be interesting to see how I fair against other people when the results are analyzed.
