George's LBP Test @ The Clubhouse 22/10/08

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Rob - would you be able to estimate George's average power for 1 hour? I think there could be some money involved.

Don't know Paul...As I might use a 30/40 Watt protocol instead of 20W like the others.

What we could do is use Georges turbo tonight as he says he's done 400W on it and everyone could see how his numbers on the elite compare with Huw's Powertap during the ramp test.

Or ask him nicely to do a 1hr time trial after the test with the Powertap.

Of course it was 8) , but is that good?

Not bad Sean

As a comparison, I've hit 610W avg for a minute when I was 63.5kg out of the saddle up the climb to Colgate from Faygate.

[quote="Sean Hogan - 何祥"]You were a third lighter than me, is that relevant?

I will have a better power weight ratio up climbs.
