Taking HRV, HR, breathing rate & O2 saturation @ rest.

This is the first time trying to get blood from his finger for the resting lactate which proved initially hard due to lack of circulation. Got easier as his hands wamred up during the test.

Having to concentrate here to get the blood to form into a droplet for the resting lactate figure.

Every three minutes on the first part of the test I marked the intervals to help know when 3 minutes was up.

Michelle cleaning George's finger whilst he waits for a minute for the results from the Lactate Pro meter. He's still on the gas until i say he could slow sown once I had the reading.
