[quote="Antloony"]So any body going then???? Don't let the cold put you off, you'll soon warm up.

I'll be there at 6.45pm. It's probably only going to be 0 degrees tonight. Last night when I got home it was -7.

Ill be there. Obviously I like to ride at a reasonable pace so if others want to take it easier, I dont mind doimng a turbo instead.

Just the 4 of us out last night, Domonic, George, Paul H and myself. All I can say is 'OUCH' That was hard work. We rode down to Gatwick and back each doing a one minute turn on the front then peeling off for a quick breather. Luckily it wasn't as cold last night as the previous night so no frozen fingers or tootsies.

I did ok for the majority of the ride, just started to struggle towards the end and got dropped and then got held up some traffic lights. Just shows I have a bit more work to do before I can hold my own against these guys but I'll get there. Luckily they waited for me and I recovered ok to carry on once over the Mersham drag. (thanks for waiting guys, sorry if I held you up  )

Would be nice to see a few more faces out, this is a great mid week training ride. As Domonic suggested would be good to get a ride organised for the slower riders as they maybe put off from joining in with the training group regulars.
