This Time Last Year - Better or Worse?

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

educated guess, speaking from experience or calculated?

Either way a very good estimate, distance is from start of zigzag to speed bump just before the path to the cafe and toilets at the top.

I have a good memory remembering your time on the Cycling plus forum.

I think Tok's times during that little comp in 2007 was in the 6mins 40's.

This time last year had been back from Peru 4 weeks and was getting back to fitness, that said the weight I lost I put back after Christmas. At the moment I am not really riding except shopping rides but have enrolled in spinning 3 times a week plus some swimming and pilates and quite a lot of walking. am sleeping nearly 9 hours a night plus brief siesta!!Seem to have lost 3 Kg again so maybe can maintain the loss. In truth who knows, I think worse but my guess is that my foundation and all round fitness is better for having gone away but that I'll struggle for a few weeks to get back on the case., we'll see Late April in Mallorca has to be my aim for maximum fitness.
