Tri/Du athlon running session this sunday

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Increasingly there seem to be more riders targeting combined run/bike events and these sessions have proved popular so far so anyone who wants to join us is most welcome.

10 am, this Sunday in Lloyd Park. The field on the South corner where the tram crosses over

90 min session for intermediate and above standards: Some technical exercises to begin, followed by pyramid intervals/Parlauf intervals

No - the coach didn't fancy standing in the pouring rain watching a load of runners having fun so cancelled it - these will resume week after next though (next sunday there are a few missing due to the Watford half-marathon)
