I'm quite into the science of exercise (in the dim distant past completed a Sports Science degree ... ok Bill Beaumont was still in his youth at the time!!) but I still get most of the technical stuff re training programmes, periodization etc. and would be interested to see if those of you that use a power meter think they are worth the investment, best models etc. or whether to rent vs buying? Any websites or other references gratefully received. Cheers.
