Hello Stu, I thought that was you with that bliming great big bag on your back, is that for extra training or were you taking some ski boots home.
I managed to get home a little bit early today so drove up to Merstham and then cycled down to CSS to meet up with the chaingang. Was a good smooth ride with everyone just about keeping up. George giving it some on his old banger bike is awesome to watch, looks like he is really fighting with the bike. I gave my Cervelo its first trip out for a while as only a week to go till the first race so need to start getting used to the frame size again.
Paul H was putting in some very strong pulls, every time he came to the front you could almost feel the group sigh in the expectation that we were about to be put through a whole heap of pain.
Great turnout, cheers guys really enjoyed it.

Good to see you last night Marek, been a while. Your still going strong 
Good group last night, all rode well. It was hard work at times and that has to be the quickest CG I've done to date. All good miles though. Was all good fun and the final run into Coulsden with George going like a mad thing at the front then Paul was bonkers, I used them as a good lead out to practice sprinting and it worked a treat.

Ant you've got a very good sprint on you which the team I'm sure we can put to good use during the year 
Last night was a perfect chaingang no one dropped everyone managed to survive the ride all safe and smooth, well done everyone.
I thought Marek would blow before the end but he was strong back to Mertham.
