Forecast is dry for this evening. Why, are you not going to race if it rains?

Oh my God that was horrible. The speed was bad enough, but I was being blinded every time I sat behind Andy E as his rear light was flashing so brightly. Have you got new batteries?

That was tough.

Cheers

I'm glad it wasn't just me who thought that then.

When Paul and I got away after Merstam it was the really tough sort of workout that makes your diaphragm hurt .

Perhaps you should have taken it out before the ride.

Sorry to anybody who found it a bit harder tonight. Myself and others were feeling a bit frisky.

I agree seemed harder than the last one I did, I thought more people meant I would get more rest !

It just felt like we all went faster.

Anyhow, top night thanks.

Yep, fresh in straight before the ride :D Good job too cos it jumped off of my saddle bag onto the grass on the final run into Coulsdon. Thankfully i managed to find it easily enough.

After getting dropped by Paul and Keith on the drag up to Merstham I managed to drag myself back to within about 10 bike lengths of them before we hit the drag after Merstham and then i blew up :x

Still felt pretty good though and managed to recover a bit for the final run in through Hooley.

Great ride all, can't wait till Sunday :D

I didn't enjoy last night, every pedal stroke seemed to be a huge effort. :( Just one of those days I guess, hopefully be going better by sunday.
