OK no more messing about, how about we get the B training group up and running again? You know the rules and if you dont or have just forgotten there arn't really any.(Other than the Highway one of course). Its a training ride for riders not quite ready for the all out bonkers main training group. The speed will be 19/20 ish but less regimented, ie attack if you want. You may get chased down or just left to stew and then a bit of through and off or whatever any one wants to throw in ...sprints etc.
