Richmond laps

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

[quote="carl f"]Good going will
What time did you go?
might have to get back over there soon, i see my 3rd position has rapidly slipped away.....

I went about 3:30pm

Just had another go and got my time down to 56:33...

Quite pleased with that :)

Edit: And saw an Addiscombe rider on a Cervelo who looked to be doing laps (or contemplating doing them) in the other direction

Nice time will in these blowy conditions
I was over there early this morning getting soaked but not doing the 3 lap challenge. It was busy with cars and bikes at 7.30 am today

I wonder who is the Addiscombe clad (with an odd blue gilet on top) guy who overtook me yesterday night at RP. I didn't recognized him, probably because I only saw his back, he was fast :-)

Cheers guys :)

I should probably set myself a target of sub 56 but I'm not sure I've got that much more in me - I was already pushing enough to feel physically sick at the top Dark Hill on the last 2 laps!

Have just spotted the Boxhill challenge. Hmmm, very tempting, but I wonder how I would get on with that on my singlespeed... :shock:
