Carried out my 24th LBP test yesterday.
The person I tested yeterday got back into training after a period of very little riding due to illnesses spread over 4 months.
Weight on 10th Feb 09 161lbs now 148.8lbs .
He uses Cycling Peaks Software and on 10th Feb 09 his CTL (Chronic Training load) was 22 and after 12 weeks of training 3/4 sessions per week @ HR 135 (2 to 5hrs rides) plus 1/2 sessions per week @ HR 155 (90mins max rides) it was now @ 74.7. Total hours on bike per week 12hrs avg.

On 2/4/08 an unplanned hour test was carried as he was feeling good on the day when he was 10mins into his HR 155 session so decided to ride by PE for the rest of the session to see what he could average over the hour. Image attached showing powertap data and polar Hr data :-
