Lab Test.... Gulp

In a moment of madness I've gone and signed up for a sport test with... well....SportTest and the infamous (possibly) Dr Parmer. Their based in the midlands, but have recently set up a facility near Hampton Court. A rider from Avanti (my second claim club, not some place in Italy) had been wired up and put through his paces by the evil "Docktor", got a training programme sorted out by him and seems to be doing rather well so I thought why not give it a go, I'll 'av a bit of that etc etc. The appointments on July 16th, the advice to have a complete rest the day before the test, (booked the day off work) sounds a bit ominous, but its the full works this one. I'll report back after the test. The good doctor could of course take one look at my readouts and suggest I take up darts or Crown Green Bowls instead.....hope not though as I've just gone and got a new bike....A Ridley Noah. Unfortunatley the Red, pink and lime green ones had sold out so had to get a blue one. Oh well.
