Dog attack

Postby tel » Mon Mar 09, 2015 1:32 pm

On my way home today on my mtb I usually go through my local park. There was a dog walker sat on a park bench with his dog on a lead. I gave the pair a good three or four metres when the dog, a sort of lercher, leapt up and sunk his teeth into my arm.

This was an unprovoked attack, which drew blood and slightly ripped my cycling jacket. I confronted the owner and told him that I was going to call the police and his animal should have at least a mussel as it was a menace.

Unfortunately I didn`t call the police but I wish I had have done now. I`m off for an anti tetanus jab now. Deep joy.

Hope you're okay. Think about reporting it, at the very least the owner might get a visit to point out his responsibilities.
