Hi Dom

Yes, depends on the weather but I'd like to ride down. Leaving Redhill 7.30.

Sounds good. Weather forecast looks ok at moment, SSE wind should help coming back. Sort out where to meet etc closer to the weekend.

[quote="Andrew F"]Hi George,

I have put my name down on Ashley's list to marshal as well.

I have received an email this morning saying that the HQ is at Newick Village Hall, BN8 4LE rather than at Barcombe. Is this the same race: i.e. part of the Surrey 3 day? If it is one and the same could you confirm where the HQ is please: Newick or Barcombe?

Many thanks

Andrew

I've just checked faceache and it would seem the circuit is Barcombe but the HQ is Newick Village Hall.

Hi Dom
We'd better make it 7.15 to be sure to get there on time. I will definitely ride down. Weather looking good. Meet at the Feathers, Merstham.

I'll take you up on your offer of a lift if there's a change in the weather forecast.
Cheers
Jon

Hi I am in. Hopefully will meet up with captain Jon at Feathers.
Or may have to go by car if under pressure on time, out in afternoon.

So glad to have finished baking today - feel like I've done nothing but in-between going to work and sleeping! Looking forward to getting home tomorrow and stopping!

Well done everyone, especially George for organising his first Addiscombe event.

Thanks to Mark Ellis for taking me down and back and to Lee and Tim for helping me cart all the tea and cake stuff in and out of places! And big thanks to Jon Hemming for helping with the washing up and tidying up at the end. And special thanks to Bill for the use of his bike - it was much easier nipping to the local shop on it than shank's pony!
