I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Could not get decent readings on the Spo2 as Rob's hand was very cold. We did try warming them up but this did not work. Rob's say's he suffers from cold hands which affects cicrculation.

Rob told me he's been riding for just a year, started off with the 18's and ride's with the B training group.

Will be coached by Huw this season.

Some questions for the coach or rider to ask to track progress during training?

Can the rider now ride at LBP for over 30/60mins without a change in wattage or respiratory rate?

Can a rider hold LBP+10 for 15 minutes without experiencing profound drop in wattage?

Can a rider sustain LBP-20 and be riding with less fuel requirements now?
