This Saturday is the club hill climb and downhill competitions which take place as part of the club run.
The downhill is for the Nonna Rosa Trophy, a lovely glass one donated by Angelo et al.
It starts at 10.30 so a prompt departure from CSS as one group for those taking part. I hope to be there but have a stinking cold so it's looking unlikely, I'd be grateful if someone else could lead the group.
The hill climb is up Wimlands Lane and the freewheel is back down it. It is between Rusper and Faygate so really on the CR doorstep.
Both are fun events and the hill is not that hard so suitable for all to have a go at.
Entry is a modest £3 to cover costs such as levies.
