Sunday 9/6 Ashdown ride - 19s minimum

I'm tied up helping at an ECCA event on Saturday so looking to get some miles in the legs on Sunday. Weather's looking like it will be nice so...

- Ride to Ashdown Forest and back through Penshurst, Ide Hill, Knockholt and Downe.
- CSS at 9am
- c110k and c1,200m climbing from CSS to Coney Hall where split for home, easy cut through West Wickham for Croydon from here or follow me towards Addington if you want to head for Sanderstead/Warlingham.
- A no stopping ride and only regroup (or soft-tap until together) after main climbs, so bring food and drink.

It's quite a tough ride and the pace will be reasonable so 19s CR standard required. If you don't know the area then stick a bit of map in your pocket just in case.

Let me know if interested as if no-one posts by Saturday evening then I won't go to CSS first.
