Checking my resting heartrate this morning and I measured 37bpm. In the A group yesterday I recorded a high of 185 after Rusper I havent seen a high like that for 3 years.
This morning I noticed that my commuting bike's odometer was getting close to the 10000km mark, it looked like it was going to run out of digits for display and start at zero again, so I kept an eye on it, at 9999.9 I didn't let go which was a bit tricky as was in a busy street, in the end all it did was go to 10000 and stopped displaying the hectometres.
