I know that paul H is a bit of a triathlete & Mark B (doing ironman this year??) is a memeber of the club so hopefully some helpfull advice can be provided.
I am thinking of entering the london triathlon (sprint distance). Problem is I am a very weak swimmer (quick over a short distance 25metres!! but dead for half an hour after that).
Do those with experience reckon i could train myslf to cope with the swim and everything else afterwards? Also anyone got any good training tips / links?
