Sunday CR 7 Oct

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

well that was all fun until I managed to fall off and bugger rear mech. :( thanks all for waiting and especially to Andrew for sorting out the bike and limping back to Edenbridge with me and to Dad for coming out to pick me up.

Bit bruised but no real harm done. Just a shame on such a lovely day.

Bridget, I think that you proved that you bounce better than the bike does!

I must be getting better as I didn't struggle too much to stay on though still get dropped on the hills at the mo - just not as bad 8)

Just trying to warm up salient parts of me before getting in the shower - that's the worst thing I find about riding as the weather cools off

Plenty out today, and a nice day for a bike ride. Glad to hear that you are okay Bridget.

Thanks to Tony for picking up the route leading after I went with Bridget to a pick up point.

Every saddlebag should have one of these, used to be called a hummer now seems to reside under a different name. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/topeak-hexus-ii-16-function-multi-tool/.

I like my Lezyne - got stainless steel so it doesn't rust.

Glad you are ok Bridget and hope the bike is easily fixed.

No problem leading the guys back via Hever. I tried to follow your original plan as much as possible but Ben hijacked my leadership :D at Four Helms and decided we should stop for tea and cakes at Chartwell Barns!

Came back via Chartwell and Clarkes lane with a little through and off along the ridge to Warlingham.. again thanks to Ben's attacking spirit! :D

Normally Ben's happy just at the mention of the Beaver cafe :D . Obviously the death of the crocodile and lost opportunity to wrestle it has hit him hard.
